Riley Norah Tracy’s Childhood
The birthdate of Riley Norah Tracy is July 5, 2008. She will be 13 years old in 2021. She arrived on Saturday at 11:39 a.m. and weighed 8 pounds; she was 21 inches long. Her body measurements, such as height and weight, are largely unknown.
Noreen Bernadette (O’Kane) and Francis Lawrence O’Donnell, her maternal grandparents, were doctors and U.S. Army officers, respectively.
Riley has Irish ancestry on her mother’s side, with origins in Derry, Belfast, and Donegal (meaning she is descended from both sides of the Irish Border). Her maternal great-grandfather spent 16 years in the country illegally, and three of her maternal great-grandparents were immigrants. According to Norah O’Donnell’s book Baby Love, Riley has always been 99th percentile in height and very slim like her older brothers. The reporter-mom continues, “Many mistakenly believe I have triplets since I’m so tall for my age.”
Riley was described in the book as being a wonderful baby who slept through the night from birth, according to O’Donnell. She eats without any fuss. Strawberry ice cream, strawberries, and abolition (little trees, which is Spanish for Alba’s Chicken Soup) are some of her favorite dishes.
Riley Norah Tracy’s Siblings
Riley is a minor child born to Norah and Geoff. The couple had twins, Grace and Henry before she arrived on May 18, 2007. According to O’Donnell in Baby Love, Grace is the oldest child and one minute older than her womb-mate, Henry. Nonetheless, Henry dominated the family the most while he was a child.
Grace inherited her grandmother Franny’s enthusiasm and vigor when she was a child. Norah describes her as a kind little girl who genuinely cares about everyone’s sentiments. When she was younger, she loved jumping off almost anything and was prone to bruises and scraped knees from park play. Grace is a terrific eater like her younger sister; she likes yogurt, pancakes, and sparkling water. Norah and Geoff’s first kid has purple and pink as her favorite colors. In fact, for a while in her early years, she thought that she owned everything pink.
Hank the Tank is Henry’s nickname among the family. Compared to his twin sister, he was born smaller. As a newborn, he had a furrowed forehead that made him look more severe than any infant should. According to his mother, Henry has gorgeous red hair and has developed into a very powerful and lovely youngster in the book. He was the first of the three to learn how to unlock a door and use the minivan’s key to start the engine.
The only child of Norah and Geoff enjoys guitars, gardening, scooters, vacuum cleaners, and acorn hunting. Because Grace told him so, his favorite hue is blue. Although he eventually acquired a frequent need for fresh spaghetti and marinara from Daddy’s restaurant, Henry’s favorite meals are still bananas and raisins.
Parents of Riley: Norah O’Donnell
Norah O’Donnell, Riley’s mother, presently hosts the CBS Evening News. She also serves as a correspondent for CBS’s morning programs Face the Nation and 60 Minutes.
In April 2020, O’Donnell’s newscast garnered 7,437 million views, becoming her the most-viewed woman in national T.V. news. The mother of three spent more than ten years working for NBC News and was once the co-anchor of CBS this morning. Washingtonian Magazine included her among the top 100 women in power in Washington.
The 47-year-old received two Emmys on different occasions, including one in 2008 while working with the NBC News Election Night coverage team. The other was for her six-month investigation and CBS This Morning exposé on sexual assault at the Air Force Academy.
Norah’s Father – Geoff Tracy
Like her mother, Riley’s father, Geoff Tracy, has many accomplishments and accolades. Her father is a well-known chef and a prosperous restaurant owner. In addition to having restaurants in Virginia, Maryland, and a few other states, he owns more than six eateries in the Washington, D.C. metro region alone.
The Best Neighbor Award, Chef of the Year Award, RAMMY Award for “Hottest Restaurant Bar Scene,” “Best Restaurant in Chevy Chase,” and “Best Local Chef” are just a few of his honors.
Baby Love, a book co-written by Riley’s parents, went on to achieve New York Times Best Seller status. A $3.2 million house in Wesley Heights, Washington, D.C., is theirs.
Riley’s Networth and Social Media
The stunning Riley, who is in her early teens and high school, has no stable income sources. Thus it is impossible to estimate her net worth. Also, she currently needs to gain recognized social media accounts.
