I came across this cream a few weeks ago when my neighbor was surfing the internet for a good and low-cost cream she could use, but couldn’t find the best of your choice because she was looking for a cream with ginseng as part of its ingredients. So when I got home, I asked my mom, who happens to be a medical nurse and skin cream expert.
